Collins Ashley is excited to be a Gilbert Grizzly! She has worked in the field of education for twenty years as a teacher and a school counselor. Mrs. Ashley has experience working at elementary, middle and high school, so she understands where students are and where they are going. Working to support and help the students is Mrs. Ashley's primary focus.

Lily Williamson is proud to be a Gilbert Grizzly! She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Licensed Master Social Worker. Lily is excited to support the students and families of Gilbert Elementary through her role on campus.

When working with students, Lily uses a strengths-based approach that builds on each child’s unique needs and interests. She incorporates play, movement, and sensory experiences to help students learn coping skills, build confidence, and reach their goals. Lily is passionate about working with children and believes that with the right tools and support, every student can thrive.
